Question:
My parents do not own a cell phone, and live in a different state. Am I able to set this up in their home and can they call my phone through it?
Answer:
I bought an echo show to my mom. I had a hard time to figure it out. In her case, she had a very basic cellular phone and basic internet connection.
1- I created an Amazon account with her own email address and password.
2- download Alexa application in both, her cell and her tablet (just in case one of both fails).… see more
